The purpose of this conference is to have better understanding of issues such as:

•             Positive psychological dimensions of successful aging and their implications for clinical     practice.

•             Preventative strategies and how best to promote active ageing

•             Learn the models of expressive therapy and explore its implications for clinical practice.

•             Pastoral problems that arise in this area and explain the problems with certain pastoral   approaches.

•             Differentiation between healthy and unhealthy conceptualizations of aging.

•             Legal rights and national policies for the senior citizens’ welfare in our country.

•             Best possible methods to address the care and support needs of increasing section of elderly patients, who are also facing financial problems and constantly need medical care.

•             Current scenarios as well as solutions that will make the elderly live a better quality life.
